Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Who Covers Return Shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of incorrect or damaged shipments.
Defective Products
If your product arrives defective or malfunctions within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. Most brands offer direct support and faster turnaround for repairs and replacements.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or visibly worn items
- Vacuum bags, filters, belts, or other consumables
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
Restocking Fees
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for opened or non-defective returns.
How to Start a Return
Contact us using this form with your order number, product, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund total.
- Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
